I've written this tutorial using Psp v'9, I'm sure it can be done in other versions.

Animation Shop

Template

Fonts of you choice.

I used Moonbeam & Lavishly YoursRob [pay font]

Filters

Dsb Flux - Bright Noise.

Ok on with the tutorial.

Open up my template , tubes & minimise for now.

1, Open up a new blank canvas 700x500 [we can resize later]

flood fill with white.

Bring up the template copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas.

2, Bring up the clouds tube & choose which one you would like, Draw round the cloud with the lasso tool, copy & paste as a new layer on top of your template.

Move the cloud to the bottom of the template [see tag for reference]

3,Click on the bottom layer & add a new raster layer, flood fill with a colour from your tube.

Image/resize 85%. Layers/load save mask/load mask from disk.

Find Becky_022 mask , use these settings:

Source luminance - checked.

Fit to canvas - checked.

Invert Transparency - Unchecked.

Hide all mask - checked.

Add your tube & place to the left [check tag for reference] image /resize 90%

or what ever looks best.

4, Still on the tube layer go to Selections/select all/ float/ defloat.

selections/modify/expand 5.

Add a new raster layer and name it Fill.

Fill with white. Selections/select none.

Layers/arrange/move down. Add a slight drop shadow to the tube,

& to the fill we just made.

5, Now add your text, I wrote "Angel Made In Heaven" using the font Moonbeam.

For my name I Chose Lavishly YoursRob for the letter R at size 150 , then added the rest of my name using Moonbeam at a smaller size.

Once you have completed your text, add any Brushes or Embellishments of your choice.

Add your water mark & © info save.

Now you can either leave your tag as it is or carry on & animate!

Animation

6, Open up Animation shop, go back to psp click on your fill layer, go to :

Effects/Dsb Flux/Bright Noise, using these settings:

Intensity - 42

Mix - checked

Click ok.

Now go to edit/copy merged & paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back in psp edit/undo . Repeat the Dsb Flux but click on mix 2x's.

Edit/copy merged & paste after current frame in animation shop.

back into psp edit/ undo repeat dsb flux click on mix 3x's.

edit/copy merged & paste after current frame.

Check your animation to see if you like it, & where done!!
